        The questions you enter and the generated chat answers are never permanently stored by us. As soon as your request has been processed and you see the result, the content is deleted from our end.

3. Data Collection on Our Website

Registration and Login (Email Address)

To use our service, you must log in with your email address. We store this email address solely to send you a temporary login code and to associate your purchased balance (question quota) with your account.

Legal Basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract).

Hosting and Infrastructure (Cloudflare D1)

Our website is provided via Cloudflare Pages. Your account data (email and current balance) are stored in a Cloudflare D1 SQL database. Cloudflare also processes log data (such as your IP address) for technical security and service delivery.

Legal Basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and fast operation of our website).

4. Transfer of Data to Third-Party Providers (APIs)

In order to provide our service, we work with selected service providers. Data transfer is strictly limited to specific purposes:

Google Gemini API (Artificial Intelligence): When you ask a question, the text is sent to Google's Gemini interface to generate the answers in four different tonalities. According to its own guidelines, Google does not use these API inputs to train its models. No profile data of yours is transmitted to Google.
Brevo API (Email Delivery): In order to send you the login code to access your account, we briefly transmit your email address to Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Germany). The data is only processed there for the purpose of sending the system email.
Stripe API (Payment Processing): When you purchase a prepaid package or a premium subscription, the payment processing is handled entirely by the payment service provider Stripe. We do not store any credit card or bank details ourselves. Stripe collects your email and payment details to ensure the secure processing of the transaction.

5. Duration of Data Storage

Your email address and balance will remain stored in our Cloudflare D1 database for as long as your account is active, or as required by legal retention periods (in particular due to purchases via Stripe under commercial and tax law).

Within the scope of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to:

Access information about your personal data stored by us (Art. 15 GDPR).
Rectification of incorrect data (Art. 16 GDPR).
